Online Yoga psychology based Consultation sessions designed to deepen understanding and connection

What This Is

This is not counselling or therapy. This is a Yoga Psychology–based consultation focused on:

  • Awareness

  • Clarity

  • Communication

  • Emotional responsibility

No diagnosis, medical treatment, or mental health intervention is involved.


These sessions are educational and reflective in nature, rooted in Indian wisdom traditions and practical life understanding.

Session Structure

This consultation includes three sessions combined:

  • One individual session with Partner A

  • One individual session with Partner B

  • One joint session with both partners together

Each session is conducted online (video call) and lasts 35 minutes.

Who’s It For

These sessions are for couples who:

  • Feel emotionally disconnected but want clarity

  • Struggle with communication, misunderstandings, or recurring conflicts

  • Want to understand patterns, not blame each other

  • Are willing to reflect, take responsibility, and participate consciously

This is not about fixing your partner.
This is about understanding the relationship dynamic.

Session Focus
  • How emotional safety is created or broken

  • Why conflicts repeat despite “talking”

  • Difference between reaction and responsibility

  • Communication beyond words

  • Awareness before decision-making

This is a clarity process, not advice-giving.

Who This Is NOT For

I do not take sessions in the following situations:

  • If one partner is unwilling or forced to attend

  • If there is active abuse (physical, emotional, sexual, or severe psychological harm)

  • If severe mental health symptoms are present or suspected

In such cases:

This requires professional clinical support beyond my scope,
and I strongly recommend approaching a qualified mental health professional or appropriate support services.

Are you a psychologist or certified counsellor?

No.
I do not function as a clinical psychologist or therapist.

I offer education- and wisdom-based consultations rooted in Yoga Psychology and relationship dynamics, focused on awareness, clarity, and responsibility.

Background & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Yogic Science

  • Certified by NIMHANS for Suicide Gatekeeper Training

  • Conducted multiple residential camps for married couples and adults on relationship awareness and family dynamics

  • Conducted 1600+ consultations to date, supporting individuals and couples through clarity-based guidance

This work is educational and reflective, not clinical or therapeutic in nature.

What if one partner is not ready?

In that case, sessions are paused.

Clarity cannot be forced.
You’re welcome to continue reflecting through the free content and revisit later.

What if there is abuse or serious mental health concern?

We do not take sessions in cases of:

  • Active abuse (physical, emotional, sexual, or severe psychological harm)

  • Severe mental health symptoms

What is the fee?

₹3000 for 3 sessions (online video call).

This includes:

  • Individual sessions for each partner

  • One joint session

  • A structured and respectful process

What if we can’t afford it right now?

That’s completely okay.

Please don’t feel pressured.
These sessions are useful only when there is readiness and comfort.
